Sound
Soul Reflect hails from Minneapolis MN and is the creator behind BurginBeat. Making her own beats and being a lyricist as well, gives her a unique and original sound unlike anything out there today. Her debut solo album, Plato's Theory is out this year, and promises to bring originality with conscious lyrics. Soul Reflect has also joined with a band to form Shadow Souls for an excellent mix of live music and lyrics.

MC
Adina K. Burke is a Spoken Word artist, writer and open mic night aficionado living and working in Minneapolis. Adina is an individual who doesn't like talking about herself very much and instead insists on writing about herself. Born in 1990 with a sweet taste in her mouth for cynical and dry wit, such characteristics can be found in her work and overall demeanor. Much to her credit, she has found a way to make this seem incredibly endearing.

Spoken Word=
Azteca
Poetry was the only occupation worthy of an Aztec warrior in times of peace. Azteca is a Spoken Word artist, experimental theater actor, workshop facilitator, and enlightened individual with bard tendencies. Her words and thoughts are hard-hitting, honest, and exude depth. Azteca’s artistic resume extends beyond her work in Denver where she has performed at venues such as Brother Jeff’s Cultural Café, the Mercury Café along with a performance at Metropolitan State College. In 2009, she played a key role in the Hip-Hop Theater Production “Eliminating Oppression One Ink Shell at a Time”. From 2009-14 she hosted the Freedom of Xpression open mic at the historic Capri Theatre in North Minneapolis. In 2013 she released her first CD titled “Ladies First” and in 2014 she released her single “Hidden Curriculum”. Azteca has been an educator in North Minneapolis for over 10 years and is currently working on her first screen play.

Poetry=
Adrienne Novy is a multidisciplinary artist, Bettering American Poetry nominee, and the social media editor for FreezeRay Poetry. Her work can be found in FreezeRay Poetry, Harpoon Review, Button Poetry, Maudlin House, and NAILED Magazine, with a poem forthcoming in Issue V of Half Mystic Journal. She is from the Chicago suburbs & she loves My Chemical Romance & she loves being alive. Her first book of poetry, Crowd Surfing with God, was released on August 21, 2018 from Half Mystic Press.

Crowd Surfing With God is a coming of age journey through poems: a story of self-acceptance that discusses growing up with a rare genetic disorder & mental illness, family & being in a multifaith household, pop culture, & the acts of playing & listening to music bringing you closer to yourself & to healing. We are hoping she will have copies available to purchase!

Music=
Standing strong as a female powerhouse in hip-hop, LVNDSCVPES has been proving time and time again that she is a force to be reckoned with in the Minneapolis hip-hop scene. Originating from Akron, Ohio, LVNDSCVPES moved up to Minneapolis in 2016 and immediately hit the ground running with her first single 'Why Am I Like This' featuring Blueprint. This single embodies LVNDSCVPES as performer with her dynamite personality and theatrical performance from the moment she takes the stage. LVNDSCVPES has continues to show that she is not just a spark in the hip-hop community, but a fire that will continue to burn bold and bright.
